Easy Taxes by Abdulai Bah Consulting approached Potential Digital through a referral from one of our existing clients. As an experienced accountant and tax professional, the client wanted to simplify the tax document collection and processing experience for both his team and customers.
The objective was to develop a secure and user-friendly mobile application that would allow clients to scan and upload their tax documents directly from their smartphones, while providing a centralized platform for the tax professional to securely manage documents and complete the tax-processing workflow.
The solution needed to make the entire process from document collection and review to client approval, final submission, and acknowledgment easier, faster, and more convenient through a single digital platform.
Our Solution
We developed a feature-rich, user-centric tax processing mobile application for Android and iOS, supported by a web-based Admin Panel for centralized tax and client management. The application was designed with a simple interface that allows clients to scan tax documents using their mobile device, securely upload them, and manage their tax-processing activities from one convenient application.
Our mobile app developers implemented secure document encryption and cloud storage to protect sensitive tax information while making documents easily accessible to authorized users. The web-based Admin Panel enables the tax professional to manage clients, review submitted documents, add comments, request additional information, and monitor the progress of each tax-processing case.
We also developed an integrated client review and approval workflow, allowing clients to respond to comments, review completed tax information, approve the process, and proceed through the final submission and acknowledgment stages—all within the same application.
